Egyptian giants Zamalek have reappointed Swiss tactician Christian Gross as their new head coach.
The 70-year-old is succeeding Portuguese coach Jose Gomes, who parted ways with the Cairo-based side earlier this month.
Gross was in charge of Zamalek between 2018 and 2019 as he guided the team to an Egyptian-Saudi Super Cup win.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and FC Basel head coach also won the CAF Confederation Cup with Zamalek.
He will be looking to make a winning return on Thursday when the White Knights take on Ceramica Cleopatra in an Egyptian Premier League clash.
