Donald Trump’s obsessive hatred for his Democratic predecessor Barack Obama is taking a sinister turn as he targets Michelle Obama on social media.
The president started off his Tuesday morning by reposting a series of comments on Truth Social mocking the Obama family.
One post sent to the president’s followers is an image of actors Gene Wilder and Cleavon Little smiling together from the movie ‘Blazing Saddles’ with the caption: ‘Racism in America was almost dead because we were united in ridiculing racists and their beliefs.’
The meme posted by Trump then pans down to a picture of Barack and Michelle with the caption, ‘Then these two showed up and set American back 100 years.’
Trump’s tirade against Obama continued when he again reposted a meme accusing the former president of creating the ‘fake Russian Collusion story’ before suggesting ‘Obama should GO TO PRISON.’
The post also claimed, ‘NOTHING IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN AN INSANE MORTALLY WOUNDED ANIMAL!’
The Tuesday morning rage against the former president comes after Trump unveiled a replacement to Obama’s signature Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Speaking to Laura Ingraham on Fox News last night, Trump again laid out his desire for an alternative healthcare plan.

Obamacare, Trump said, is ‘horrible health insurance at a very high price.’
‘Instead of going to the insurance companies, I want the money to go into an account for people where the people buy their own health insurance,’ Trump added. ‘If we did that, that would be so exciting. Call it Trumpcare.’
‘Call it whatever you want! Anything but Obamacare!,’ the president added.
Trump has been promising to find a health care replacement plan to Obamacare for nearly a decade since starting his political career, without having fulfilled it.
Trump has a had a bitter rivalry with Obama dating back to before he entered the Oval Office
The president’s newfound ambition comes after he accused the Democrats of shutting down the government over ACA subsidies.
The White House and GOP congressional leadership have proposed ending ACA subsidies and replacing it by sending federal funds directly to consumers.
‘Obamcare is a disaster, just like he was as a president,’ Trump concluded during his interview with Ingraham.
Democrats, meanwhile, resisted ending Obamacare tax credits that were set to expire at the end of the year by insisting the issue be addressed before reopening the government.
As Congress enters the longest government shutdown in US history, the Senate passed a funding bill on Monday evening that would end the standoff.
The Daily Mail reached out to Obama’s office for comment.
