What Makes a Road Trip Around Uganda Such A Standout Experience

Uganda is a small landlocked country in East Africa that is rapidly becoming a popular destination for travelers. It is home to some of the most stunning landscapes and wildlife on the continent and a rich cultural heritage.

Tourists from different walks of the world, visit the country to hire a car and take part in road trips.  But what really makes Uganda stand out is the experience of taking a road trip around the country. Here are some reasons why.

The Scenery

Uganda has some of the most spectacular scenery in East Africa. The country is known as the “Pearl of Africa” for a reason, and a road trip is a perfect way to see it all. From the rolling hills of the south to the vast savannahs of the north, there is no shortage of stunning landscapes to take in. Whether you’re visiting a community-run tourism project or staying at an eco-friendly lodge, you can feel good about the positive impact your presence leaves on these less privileged people in the remotes that keep nature intact for future generations to enjoy.
