Signal Restaurant

Our chefs are out and about preparing for a feast ready to launch. Signal Restaurant will be opening to the public on 15 August, come and savour inspired dishes infused with local flavours, booking essential.

Bascule Bar will remain closed in the short term and will be reopened in the upcoming summer months.
