Things you will surely see in Lagos State

1.Hotel; Hotel business is rampant in Lagos. There is no area you visit in Lagos you won’t see any hotel. Both the big or small hotel. Also their is no amount of hotel you are looking for you won’t see; Ranging from 3k upward. Hotels are another business in Lagos State that yield a lot of income. So anytime you visit Lagos state be rest assured that you will surely have a place to sleep or rest.

2.Traffic; Lagos traffic is one of the disturbances in Lagos right now. Lagos traffic can make you spend hours on the road before getting to your destinations. A journey of 30 minutes, Lagos traffic will make you get to that location for 1hrs plus. Traffic in Lagos can make you humble till you reach your location. The only way you can escape traffic or holdup in Lagos State is by using Motorcycle popularly known as Okanda. Although it has a limited area where they operate. So, anytime you want to embark on any journey within Lagos leave on time to avoid holdup or traffic so that you can reach there on time.

3.Local joint; One going business is food business. In Lagos State, there are different local joints in every corner of the street. Local joints in Lagos are popularly known as “mama put”  The benefits of local joints is that the food is cheap and you can eat to your satisfaction. For instance, you can buy rice, meat, beans and macaroni for 300naira. Or if you visit any restaurant you can buy a plate of food with an extra plate for 500 naira and you will eat to your satisfaction. So anytime you visit Lagos with a low budget be rest assured that you won’t go hungry with the little you have with you.

4.Tourist Centers; Without being told, you already know that Lagos is blessed with different beautiful tourist sites. Like the beaches and resorts, historical house about slavery located Badagry, museums, Conservation centres ( Lekki Conservation and Lufasi park) and many more. Once you enter Lagos state, do not miss the fun of visiting any tour center because they are fun and educational too.

5.Local Transport; when I talk about local transport, I’m talking about Danfo,Keke napep and okanda. There are many in Lagos State and also it helps reduce the stress of those that do not have their own car. You can come out to any bus stop in Lagos and wait within some minutes before seeing any of this transport going your way and very affordable to any destination of your choice. Whenever you visit Lagos try to experience the local transport.

6.Markets; Any place you see different people dealing in different businesses, that place is now a market. Although, We have different market stations in some locations. Not all but some are just located in the street or bus stop. Different kinds of businesses merge inside the market and they render good service to their customers. You can also see roadside markets, hawkers and so many of them.

7.Church & Mosque; When it comes to religion, Nigeria has always been the Frontline.

We have different churches and Mosques in shape and structure and their way of worshiping God.

In Lagos State we have many of them. There is no area you will visit now you won’t find a Church or Mosque. It’s a place of worship.

8.Schools; This is another sector that fetches money in our society. LAGOS state has the highest school dominated in Nigeria both the government approval and non government approval. Main Looking at school’s in Lagos. We have the government school, private school, Body school and we also have school for the poor and rich people 🤣🤣🤣 sounds funny right, well that’s the fact.
