While there have been reports of MAMAMOO’s Wheein joining H1GHR MUSIC, things remain unclear.
On July 28, Hankyung.com reported that Wheein is currently wrapping up discussions to sign an exclusive contract with H1GHR MUSIC.
In response, Wheein’s representative stated to Sports Kyunghyang, “It is not true that Wheein is in the final stages of discussions regarding an exclusive contract with H1GHR MUSIC. Wheein is receiving offers from various agencies, but nothing has been decided yet.”
Wheein debuted in 2014 as a member of MAMAMOO, and her contract with RBW ended back in June. Although she didn’t renew her contract with the agency, she will continue to promote with MAMAMOO for group activities.
