Stephen Colbert has secured Kamala Harris for her first post-election TV interview.

The sit-down will be held Thursday night, CBS said – talking up what’s poised to be her eighth appearance on the program. It’s also likely set be her last, as execs prepare to pull the plug on it this May.

Harris will look to promote her new memoir, 107 Days, days after revealing she was forgoing a gubernatorial run in The Golden State.

The book, meanwhile, follows her whirlwind presidential run and loss to Donald Trump, who in October sued CBS and its parent company Paramount for some $20billion.

The recently settled suit stemmed over a 60 Minutes interview with a then campaigning Harris, which Trump alleged was bias.

The $16million settlement, reached this month, was seen by many as a move by the company to earn the administration’s approval for Paramount’s since approved $8billion merger with Skydance, which was given the nod last week.

Colbert, in response, called the settlement ‘a big, fat bribe.’ Days later, he delivered the news his bosses has pulled the plug on his show, which insiders have said was losing millions a year.

He and Harris are now set to tag-team the president, after days of Colbert calling him out – and calling attention to his cancellation – on-air.

The highest rated late night host, he rakes in an average 2.4million sets of eyes each episode.

Harris’s book, meanwhile, will come out on September 23. The title 107 Days is a reference to her abbreviated campaign. She spoke about the book in a video statement Thursday, ahead of the Colbert spot.

‘Just over a year ago, I launched my campaign for President of the United States,’ she said.

‘One hundred-and-seven days traveling the country, fighting for our future — the shortest presidential campaign in modern history.

‘Since leaving office, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on those days and with candor and reflection, I’ve written a behind-the-scenes account of that journey.

‘I believe there’s value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what it will take to move forward.’

The day before, Harris broke the news that she was no longer looking to lead her home state of California, after months of rumors she was looking to become its governor.

‘Over the past six months, I have spent time reflecting on this moment in our nation’s history and the best way for me to continue fighting for the American people and advancing the values and ideals I hold dear,’ Harris said in a written statement.

“I have given serious thought to asking the people of California for the privilege to serve as their governor. I love this state, its people and its promise. It is my home.

‘But after deep reflection, I’ve decided that I will not run for Governor in this election,” she revealed.

The decision came after  months of talks as to whether to run for governor, stage another  White House bid, or step away from politics altogether.

Harris’ previously published “The Truths We Hold: An American Journey,” a booked about her first presidential run in 2020. It ended with Harris dropping out before the first primary before being chosen by Biden to be his running mate.

She was chosen to replace him by the administration, following a disastrous debate performance that saw the Democrat lose support within his party.

Harris, 60, was then met with an embarrassing defeat. She previously served as the district attorney of San Francisco from 2002 to 2001, and the attorney general for California after that, until 2017.

Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin is set to appear on Thursday’s Late Show as well.
