TOKYO, Aug 7(Reuters)-Italy’s double Olympic champion Lamont Marcell Jacobs said on Saturday he had split from his former nutritional expert when he heard that Giacomo Spazzini was apparently being examined for a connection with performance-enhancing compounds.
